• Provide and maintain the ActiveBuddies service
• Allow parents to set and monitor activity goals for their children

ActiveBuddies is designed for use by children under parental supervision. We take children's privacy seriously:

• Child accounts are created and managed by parents
• Children log in using a simple username and PIN set by their parent
• We do not collect personal information directly from children beyond what is necessary to provide the service

• We do not sell or share children's data with third parties

• All data is stored securely on encrypted servers hosted in the Asia-Pacific region (AWS)
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS
• We retain account data only for as long as the account is active

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs that track user behaviour.
